About the role

The Site Manager will lead the country‑level operations, aligning local activities with the global corporate strategy. This senior position is responsible for driving growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high‑performing culture within the BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the country strategy in line with the corporate global strategy.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with local regulations.
• Lead and develop a management team to build high performance.
• Act as a business leader for new client acquisition, sales, and delivery, monitoring market trends and benchmarking risks and opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with local laws and corporate regulations.
• Collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and business success.
• Promote the company’s reputation locally and embed corporate values and culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of BPO experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision‑making abilities.
• High adaptability and cultural sensitivity in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
