Site & Functional Leader, GSD Health Manila Hub

About the role

Marsh is seeking a senior leader to oversee its Global Service Delivery Health hub in Manila. This hybrid position combines site leadership with functional oversight of health shared services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary site‑level representative, chairing local leadership meetings and implementing organizational policies.
• Partner with Facilities, Finance, HR, Technology and Talent Acquisition to ensure effective site operations and governance.
• Lead strategic initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, managing projects, change and risk.
• Address employee relations issues and foster an engaged workplace culture.
• Map client requirements, define service level agreements and drive process re‑engineering.

Required profile

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in a large professional organization, preferably insurance or healthcare.
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations and shared‑services environments.
• Proven ability to lead in a globally matrixed, multi‑geography offshore delivery setting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, budgeting and finance acumen.
