About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Site Engineer to lead substructure works for the MCRP-02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role involves supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage substructure works such as pilecaps, columns, pierheads, and portals.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, material standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports, work inspection requests, material acceptance reports, and as‑built documentation.
- Conduct quality checks and resolve technical issues on site.
- Enforce HSE procedures and report any incidents.
Required profile
- Graduate of Civil Engineering (Bachelor level).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
