About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Site Architect for the MCRP-02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role involves coordinating design and construction activities to ensure alignment with project goals and sustainability standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with structural engineers, consultants, and other disciplines to ensure design and construction alignment.
- Prepare, review, and update architectural shop drawings, material approvals, and method statements.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with design, quality, and safety requirements.
- Provide technical support during project execution, addressing design-related concerns or discrepancies.
- Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination meetings.
Required profile
- Licensed Architect (PRC Registered).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in both structural and architectural works.
- Experience in office-based design/coordination and site supervision.
- Willingness to work on‑site and adapt to project requirements.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp or other design software.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
