Service Mechanic – Automotive Project Coordinator

About the role
We are looking for a Service Mechanic to support engineering projects in the automotive sector. The role combines hands‑on mechanical work with project coordination, ensuring schedules, manpower and tools are aligned for successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
- Control overall work schedule, manpower assignments and tool allocation.
- Report project status regularly to stakeholders.
- Evaluate project manpower needs, including new skilled and non‑skilled workers.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers and other participants to provide technical assistance.
- Review project deliverables and initiate corrective actions when required.
Required profile
- Graduate of automotive technology or a related technical‑vocational program (minimum 2‑year course).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required skills
- Programming knowledge.
- Experience with controllers.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Instrumentation handling.
- Synchronizing of equipment.
- Testing and commissioning of electrical equipment.
