Service Crew

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our retail store. The role involves direct interaction with customers and supporting daily store operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Man the store and handle order taking, cashiering, and cash transactions.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide friendly service.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to resolve order issues and with Logistics for order dispatch.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts.
• Maintain and refresh marketing collateral and store displays.

Required profile

• Graduate of Senior High School or a college undergraduate.
• Open to candidates with or without prior work experience.
• Flexible with working schedules and able to start immediately.
