About the role
The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver error‑free cash and transaction services in line with the Business Center's service standards.
- Ensure compliance with BSP, AMLA and other external regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
- Support process improvements and technology implementations across branch systems.
- Engage clients professionally to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Perform delegated administrative functions efficiently.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to handle complex situations, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
- Strong controlling, monitoring and security‑awareness skills.
- Empathetic, compassionate and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
