SEO Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute SEO strategies for multiple agency clients in the healthcare, aesthetics and professional services sectors. The role is hands‑on and requires balancing several accounts, deadlines and priorities while delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies for each client, covering on‑page, off‑page and technical elements.
• Perform in‑depth keyword research, competitor analysis and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website architecture, metadata, content, schema markup and landing pages to improve rankings and conversions.
• Collaborate with developers to implement technical recommendations, improve site speed, indexing and crawlability.
• Manage ethical link‑building campaigns, monitor backlink health and ensure compliance with white‑hat SEO practices.
• Produce monthly performance reports with rankings, traffic and conversion metrics, and present actionable insights to clients.
• Communicate SEO strategies and results clearly during regular client calls and manage expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an SEO role within a marketing agency environment.
• Sector experience in healthcare, aesthetics or related professional services.
• Strong expertise in local SEO and multi‑account management.
• Analytical mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
