Senior Workforce Management Consultant - People Consulting

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant with expertise in payroll to join its People Consulting team within Global Delivery Services. The role is based in Taguig and supports EY's global enablement teams, helping account teams worldwide deliver high-quality, value-added client service. The position is open to candidates with 5 years of experience in Workforce Software implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, implement and support Workforce Software modules in line with business requirements.
• Perform end-to-end configuration of core processes, policy profiles and business process frameworks.
• Assist in testing cycles, data validation, issue resolution and production support.
• Ensure compliance with regional policies and organizational standards.
• Drive client communication and delivery cadence, building strong relationships with clients and project counterparts across global locations.
• Proactively manage risks and ensure excellent client and stakeholder feedback.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in Workforce Software implementations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in global payroll advisory or global payroll delivery models.
• Experience working with global clients across US, LATAM and EMEA regions.
• Experience managing exempt and non-exempt employee policy profiles.
• Open to national and international travel for client engagements, as approved under EY and country-specific travel advisory guidelines.

Required skills

• Workforce Software certifications: PT101 (Fundamentals) and PT102 (T&A Configuration), both mandatory.
• Hands-on experience configuring and integrating Workforce Software using the Workforce Policy Editor.
• Strong functional understanding of Workforce Software business processes.
• Ideally: policy reviews, current-state payroll assessments, vendor evaluations, global payroll process design, payroll automation (RPA, workflow automation, exception management).
• Working knowledge of global payroll platforms such as ADP (GlobalView, Workforce Now), SAP, Workday and Oracle/PeopleSoft, and experience with vendors such as ADP, SAP and Workday.
