Senior Web Developer – Drupal Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our Corporate Functions team within the TP ICAP Technology division. In this role you will act as a Drupal Engineer, designing, building and maintaining high‑quality Drupal‑based websites and digital experiences for a global financial services leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain Drupal 8/9/10 sites, including content types, views, blocks, taxonomies and menus.
• Create and maintain custom Drupal modules using APIs, hooks, plugins and services.
• Implement responsive themes with Twig templates and front‑end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind.
• Build clean, accessible UI components using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript, and integrate modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue or Svelte).
• Write maintainable PHP code following OOP principles and integrate third‑party APIs.
• Optimize MySQL/MariaDB queries, manage configuration, migrations and content automation.
• Manage version control with Git and support CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployment environments.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Drupal site‑building, module development and theming.
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and at least one modern JavaScript framework.
• Solid PHP development skills with an OOP mindset.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL or MariaDB.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes and container technologies.
