Senior Team Leader Technical Support

About the role

Emerson is looking for a Senior Team Leader, Technical Support to manage daily operations, support the Supervisor and Operations Manager, and drive service level performance. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with people leadership to ensure high‑quality support for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve service level agreements, generate performance reports and present them to management.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer needs.
• Train new hires, verify their competency before they work independently.
• Perform functional tasks expected of an experienced professional in the support function.
• Maintain open, transparent communication within the team and provide accurate information promptly.
