Senior Talent & Transformation Consultant

About the role

Marsh’s Workforce & Rewards business is looking for a Senior Talent & Transformation Consultant to join its Manila team. You will help clients navigate the Future of Work by delivering assessments, leadership development, skills frameworks, and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and Marsh colleagues to achieve annual revenue targets and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Lead business development, proposal shaping, solution design, and upselling/cross‑selling opportunities.
• Direct consulting engagements, manage projects end‑to‑end, and ensure delivery on time, quality, and budget.
• Facilitate client meetings, act as a trusted advisor, and anticipate risks with proactive solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, contributing to their development.

Required profile

• 15+ years of HR consulting experience across workforce transformation, talent management, assessments, and organizational development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
