Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Manila (Specialist & Leadership Hiring)

About the role

Eucalyptus (Euc) is a consumer healthcare platform and is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Manila. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and primarily manages call centre APAC recruiting. You will design and run scalable hiring strategies, own recruitment pipelines, shape the employer brand and help hire talent aligned with the company's mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with the business's growth goals
• Own end-to-end hiring for key roles, with a seamless candidate experience
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practices and drive continuous improvement
• Use creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Seek, ATS, referrals) to build talent pipelines
• Track and analyse hiring data to measure effectiveness and find improvement areas
• Share recruitment insights and metrics with hiring managers

Required profile

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience across multiple business functions
• Prior RPO/headhunting experience combined with current in-house TA exposure
• Proven ability to shape hiring plans, influence stakeholders and refine role requirements
• Ability to manage several hiring processes and priorities at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Degree in HR, Psychology or a related field
• Additional language skills
• Experience hiring across multiple markets and cultures
