Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Catapult, a sports performance technology company, is looking for a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support its Packing Sports Corporation (PSC) in the Philippines, part of the IMPECT and wider Catapult group. Reporting to the local Director, People and Culture, the role leads end-to-end recruitment for Philippine roles, covering volume and leadership hiring, employer branding, market insights and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Build practical, scalable recruitment and talent processes from the ground up, aligning local practice with global standards and providing recruitment reports and hiring insights.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for PSC roles across the Philippines, including high-volume operational, specialist, managerial and leadership positions, with an inclusive, values-aligned experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, set recruitment strategies and timelines, assess candidates and support hiring decisions.
• Attract talent through job ads, direct sourcing, referrals, social media, professional networks, school partnerships, job fairs and community activities, including occasional travel to support hiring across PSC sites.
• Support the Director, People & Culture with onboarding, career planning, succession planning, internal mobility and other talent initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of full-cycle recruitment and direct sourcing experience, ideally in a high-growth technology or SaaS company, covering high-volume operational and specialist, managerial roles.
• Experience building talent pipelines through school partnerships, job fairs, referrals and professional networks, and creating job ads and recruitment-focused social media content.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines.
