Senior Specialist Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Senior Specialist Logistics Coordinator to support the Pressure Management business across the Middle East and Africa region. Based in Mandaluyong City, the role focuses on end‑to‑end shipping, warehousing, and dispatch processes while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Generate export and import documents in the standard format from the business system.
• Gatekeep and escalate issues according to International Trade Compliance (ITC) rules before shipment.
• Coordinate order status with factory personnel, inside sales, and customer support teams.
• Validate Incoterms and manage their implications from collection to delivery.
• Escalate checkpoint and due‑diligence concerns to legal and compliance teams.
• Apply additional shipping requirements and costs for shipment changes.
• Arrange collection of goods with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and factory shipping teams.
• Analyze change‑order requests, communicate cost impacts, and update relevant stakeholders.
• Gather, organize, and transmit electronic shipping documents, ensuring compliance with destination customs rules.
• Validate purchase order codes and pricing against shipped goods.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, documentation management, or data administration.
• Experience with pressure regulator or control valve products is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail to avoid customs deposits, demurrage, or storage issues.
