Head of Supply Chain Management

About the role

Dragon Edge Group is seeking a strategic leader to head its supply chain operations. You will be responsible for building a robust logistics, procurement and inventory framework that supports fast‑growing consumer brands and delivers products to millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain functions including demand planning, procurement, warehouse operations and last‑mile delivery.
• Develop reliable forecasting and inventory systems to eliminate stock‑outs for top SKUs.
• Drive operational KPIs such as DIFOT, inventory health (DSI) and cost‑to‑sales ratio.
• Manage and optimise 3PLs, warehouse performance and fulfillment partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance to align plans, reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Champion cost‑saving initiatives and build a high‑performing operations team.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in end‑to‑end supply chain and operations management.
• Proven success in high‑SKU count environments and inventory optimisation.
• Strong background in warehouse systems and WMS tools.
• Experience managing suppliers, 3PLs, freight partners and service level agreements.
• Lean, Six Sigma or continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Analytical, proactive and detail‑oriented with strong leadership abilities.
