Senior Sales Manager (Office Development)

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager (Office Development) will lead ARTHALAND’s office‑project sales efforts from Taguig. You will drive revenue and occupancy by shaping strategy, mentoring the sales team and managing the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of sales professionals, set targets and monitor performance.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals for office development projects.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales processes, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating terms and closing deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers and strategic partners.
• Conduct property presentations, site tours and executive‑level briefings.
• Analyse market trends, pricing and positioning to refine sales tactics.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, finance and project teams to align initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven track record in office real‑estate sales or commercial property development with measurable leasing targets.
• Experience in leading and developing sales teams, including coaching and performance oversight.
• Strong client relationship and negotiation capabilities, especially with corporate accounts.
• Solid understanding of market analysis, sales forecasting and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for briefings and site tours.
• Familiarity with sustainable development, green building standards or ESG practices is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management or related field; relevant certifications advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Taguig and thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
