Senior Sales Manager

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will drive sustainable revenue growth by expanding the company’s real‑estate portfolio and strengthening long‑term client relationships. This role combines new‑business acquisition with the management of high‑value accounts, ensuring retention, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities are maximised.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real‑estate sector, leveraging existing and new partnerships.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales associates, setting targets, allocating accounts and monitoring performance.
• Support the team in closing high‑value deals while providing ongoing mentorship and training.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual agreements and client expectations.
• Develop, analyse and present KPI reports, sales strategies and monthly initiatives to grow market share.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics using Salesforce and Google Docs trackers.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of sales experience with a strong focus on field sales and team management.
• Proven ability to coach, train and develop team members to achieve sales targets.
• Highly organized, data‑driven and capable of analysing performance metrics.
• Excellent relationship‑building, presentation, pitching and negotiation skills.
