Senior Recruitment Consultant - Luxury Retail & Fashion

About the role

Hunt St connects Australian companies with remote talent in the Philippines. This Senior Recruitment Consultant role is fully remote, paid $4,500-$5,500 AUD per month plus performance bonus, and engages you as an independent contractor directly with the client. The client is an international recruitment business covering Australia, Singapore and Dubai, and the role is expected to align with AU business hours (about 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) while remaining flexible.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, hospitality and head office support roles
• Source and engage active and passive candidates, screen them, interview and assess, and prepare summaries, shortlists and market insights
• Lead client briefings and build strong talent pools across Australia, Singapore and Dubai
• Contribute to business development through market intelligence and candidate mapping
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM and travel internationally for client meetings and market visits

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in an agency or billing consultant capacity, with a clear placement and billing history
• Background recruiting in luxury retail, premium fashion, beauty, lifestyle, hospitality or consumer markets
• Experience recruiting for international markets such as Australia, Singapore, Dubai or wider APAC and Middle East
• Fluent written and spoken English, strong assessment and interviewing skills, and ability to work independently remotely
• Desirable: agency recruitment in a premium environment, experience with senior retail leadership roles, and knowledge of Australian, Singaporean or Dubai retail markets

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct sourcing tools and recruitment CRMs
• Understanding of fees, billing targets and business development
