Senior Recruiter (Commission Based) – Remote

About the role

RunRemote, a global staffing agency connecting top remote talent from the Philippines, South Africa and LATAM with employers in the US, Australia, UK and Canada, is looking for a Senior Recruiter. This is a part-time, independent contractor position (direct hire) with commission-only pay, fully remote and reporting to the Australian time zone.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging job descriptions and post them across the ATS, job boards, social media and work-from-home communities.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates, then screening them for experience, skills and fit.
• Review assessment results, run initial and screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Brief shortlisted candidates for client interviews, conduct reference checks and negotiate salary packages and terms.
• Prepare and send offers, follow up on onboarding, and maintain candidate records and pipelines in the ATS.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience across roles and industries.
• Previous agency, headhunting or executive search experience highly regarded.
• Experience recruiting in the Philippine market; LATAM experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interviewing, organisation and time-management skills, able to work independently.

Required skills

• Technical sourcing and headhunting with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and job boards.
• ATS use (LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor or similar) is a plus.
