Senior Property Manager

About the role

StaffRight is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a team of junior managers and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of residential and commercial properties in the United States. The role is remote, based in the Philippines, and requires working US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and guide junior on‑site property managers, ensuring best practices.
• Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals and resolve escalated tenant issues.
• Manage leasing activities, including advertising, property showings, applicant screening and lease drafting.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations and handle tenant disputes.
• Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance, repairs and larger renovation projects.
• Collaborate with leadership on property marketing strategies and operational improvements.
• Oversee financial performance, draft budgets, track actuals and develop strategies to maximize outcomes.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management.
• Previous experience managing or leading a property‑management team.
• Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property‑management software.
• Available to work US time zones (graveyard shift) and start within two weeks of offer.

Required skills

• AppFolio (or comparable property‑management platform).
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Google Workspace.
• Time‑tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
