Senior Project Manager – Lead Multi‑Million Dollar Transformations

About the role

Seven Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own a flagship, approximately A$10 million transformation project from charter through benefits realisation. You will drive cross‑functional teams, align sponsors and partners, and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a high‑visibility project, managing scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Build and maintain a unified team of sponsors, SMEs, and vendors around transparent KPIs.
• Implement rigorous controls, real‑time dashboards and plain‑English reporting for crystal‑clear status updates.
• Coach junior project managers, share best‑practice playbooks and champion continuous improvement.
• Adapt delivery methodology (waterfall, agile or hybrid) to suit project demands.
• Maintain composure under pressure, providing steady leadership when challenges arise.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering A$10 million+ projects for top‑tier clients.
• Strong stakeholder management that turns sceptics into allies.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams; people would follow you again tomorrow.
