Senior Project Manager

About the role

Kingstone Services is looking for a proactive Senior Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from start to finish. You will act as the central communication hub, ensuring every detail is managed with precision and delivering a premium client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate several construction projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion.
• Maintain daily client communication, providing progress updates and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deadlines to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Review material schedules, oversee procurement, and coordinate timely deliveries with suppliers and site teams.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, site supervisors, and project coordinators to resolve issues proactively.
• Track outstanding actions, inspections, engineer requirements, and project milestones.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and internal systems.
• Ensure quotations, variations, purchase orders, and project information are up‑to‑date.
• Drive process improvements and uphold high operational standards across the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience managing multiple construction projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced use of Google Workspace.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schedules and material specifications.
