About the role
Pencil is seeking a Technical Lead who will transform approved designs into buildable drawings and reliable cost estimates. This role combines design, costing, project management, and site delivery in a fast‑growing studio.
Key responsibilities
- Produce complete, signed structural and construction drawings.
- Develop detailed estimates and Bills of Quantities before client presentation.
- Manage project schedules, procurement, and provide weekly client updates.
- Oversee site quality, subcontractors, and project close‑out.
Required profile
- PRC‑licensed civil engineer.
- Minimum 3 years experience in residential or building construction.
- Experience creating drawings using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Ability to produce full cost estimates or Bills of Quantities.
