Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver large‑scale projects on time and within budget. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment with scope, requirements, and organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create actionable project plans, identify resource and budget needs, and maintain alignment with scope.
• Collaborate across offices, integrate requirements, and host weekly project meetings.
• Prepare written reports and presentations to recommend actions to senior managers.
• Anticipate, communicate, and mitigate project risks.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required.
• Attend department reviews and suggest process improvements.
• Provide feedback, encouragement, and updates to team members.

Required profile

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
• Training or qualifications in risk management and budget control.
• Proven experience managing multiple large‑scale, multi‑office projects.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and adhere to budgetary constraints.
