Senior Project Manager – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead client accounts within our digital marketing agency. The role involves coordinating developers, designers and marketers to deliver high‑quality work on time and according to client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Own client accounts, track project timelines and deliverables.
• Translate client meetings into clear tasks for the appropriate team members.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities.
• Review work before client delivery, catching incomplete or off‑brief items.
• Provide status updates to clients and represent the team in client meetings when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an IT or digital marketing agency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve issues proactively.
• Excellent time‑management and quality‑focused mindset.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for daily work.
