Senior Project Manager – Client Site & Facility Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects at client sites, campuses and facilities. The role involves managing tenant‑improvement and construction initiatives, acting as the primary liaison between clients, property managers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master project budgets, schedules and agendas to meet client objectives.
• Prepare and present project reports, drawing reviews and status updates throughout conceptual, schematic, design‑development and construction phases.
• Coordinate the selection, contracting and oversight of consultants, contractors and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices, communicating cost impacts to clients and facility managers.
• Support marketing efforts for project‑related services as required.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, client procedures, building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, cost and profit targets.
• Escalate major issues to supervisors and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven professional project‑management experience on client‑site or facility projects.
• Strong ability to interact with client representatives and property‑management teams.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and leadership capabilities.
• Capacity to multitask, organize complex schedules and drive projects to completion.
