Senior Product Designer

About the role

YouTrip is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead strategic product initiatives across its B2B and B2C financial platforms, while championing the evolution of its design system. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end experiences, establishing scalable design foundations, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers and fellow designers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic product initiatives from discovery through delivery across B2B and B2C products.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex features, collaborating with product managers and engineers.
• Design exceptional user experiences using systems thinking, interaction and visual design, prototyping and UX writing.
• Optimize and continuously improve the design system, enhancing components, documentation and workflows.
• Scale design quality by promoting reusable patterns and efficient practices across teams.
• Influence product direction through design discussions, trade‑off communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Validate solutions with research, identify gaps and iterate based on insights.
• Measure impact using product metrics, experiments and customer feedback.
• Mentor and coach product designers, raising overall design maturity.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products with measurable user and business outcomes.
• Proven track record leading end‑to‑end product initiatives and partnering with cross‑functional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, strong interaction and visual design, and design‑system contributions.
• Deep expertise in UX, interaction design, prototyping, information architecture and modern product design methodologies.
• Experience contributing to or leading the evolution of a design system.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to influence decisions with clear rationale and data.
• Experience mentoring designers and fostering a collaborative design culture.
