Senior People Operations Specialist

About the role

You will own full‑cycle HR support for an international, multi‑country workforce and lead automation projects that enable the company to scale its people processes. This senior position reports directly to the People Operations leadership team and works closely with EOR/PEO partners.

Key responsibilities

• Run full‑cycle HR support for employees across multiple countries, coordinating with EOR and PEO providers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and general people questions.
• Lead HR automation and process‑improvement projects from scoping through rollout and adoption.
• Maintain accurate, audit‑ready employee records and HR data across systems and jurisdictions.
• Identify and implement opportunities to standardise and automate recurring HR tasks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a People Operations specialist with full‑lifecycle ownership.
• Proven experience supporting employees across multiple countries in a distributed organization.
• Hands‑on experience working directly with EOR providers such as Deel, Remote, Papaya Global, Oyster or Multiplier.
• Track record of leading or contributing to HR process automation and digitalisation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
