Senior Marketing Designer (3D, Motion & Interactive) - Work From Home

About the role

A growing Australian business in a highly specialised technical industry is looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to create visual content, digital marketing assets and interactive experiences. The role combines 3D design, motion graphics, interactive media and marketing, taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery. It is a full-time, work-from-home position based in the Philippines, with hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM AEST (06:00 AM-3:00 PM PH time).

Key responsibilities

• Design product brochures, catalogues, technical datasheets and collateral; produce print-ready artwork and edit source images for print and digital.
• Create and edit video content, website graphics, social-media assets and sales presentations, and build infographics and diagrams.
• Analyse competitor websites and maintain consistent branding and the brand asset library.
• Develop and run B2B marketing campaigns, write and build email campaigns, and support new product launches.
• Maintain the website and dealer websites, audit them regularly, and build a video platform for product and training content.
• Manage email campaigns, segment customer and prospect data, and review PDF datasheets and catalogues annually.
• Report monthly on campaign performance, maintain a content and campaign calendar, and flag delivery risks early.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing design or digital marketing.
• Portfolio of professional brochures, catalogues, datasheets or similar print and marketing collateral.
• Practical B2B marketing experience, including campaign planning, execution, email marketing and customer communications.
• Ability to turn technical specifications into clear, engaging content, with strong written and verbal English.
• Self-sufficient, organised and commercially minded; B2B, industrial, medical, technology or technical product marketing experience is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe InDesign, with strong Photoshop and Illustrator, including print production and pre-press.
• Video editing and content production, including product demos, explainer videos and captions.
• Email marketing platforms such as Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot.
• Advantageous: website management, ecommerce, marketing automation, AI-assisted design, motion graphics, animation or the Zoho ecosystem.
