Landscape Architect - Manila

About the role

A design-focused full-time position for experienced Landscape Architects in Manila. The ideal candidate has a portfolio showing creative design flair and is willing to progress quickly in Rhino and SketchUp. The role involves developing landscape designs from concept through to detailed design.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with senior designers to develop the design from concept to schematic and to detail design for the allocated project(s).
• Develop design and presentation material by sketching and 3D modelling to the firm's expected standards and clients' requirements.
• Coordinate with the graphics artist on CGI presentation materials.
• Work with the BIM and CAD team on detailed design and technical drawings.
• Coordinate the internal design process and documentation with architects, graphic artists, engineers, lighting designers and horticulturists.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor's) in landscape architecture or architecture.
• CMLI or equivalent (preferred).
• 4 years of work experience on sizeable design projects.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modelling, Lumion, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience with BIM technologies such as Revit is a significant advantage.
• Ability to produce technical drawings, specifications, reports, proposals, contracts and tender documents.
