Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager – Outsourced/Subcon Operations

About the role

The Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager, Outsourced/Subcon Operations, reports to the Head of Operations in the Philippines and is accountable for end‑to‑end management of outsourced manufacturing for consumer‑electronics categories. The role drives operational execution, continuous improvement and partnership performance across high‑mix, complex product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage all outsourced manufacturing operations for floor‑care, beauty and other consumer‑electronics categories, ensuring world‑class standards.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with C‑level partners, serving as the primary contact for execution, escalation and issue resolution.
• Oversee factory performance, compliance with CSER, health & safety, and ethical standards.
• Define, implement and continuously improve KPIs such as OTIF, quality, cost, yield and throughput.
• Lead continuous‑improvement programs using Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen and Hoshin Kanri to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Inspire, mentor and develop direct and indirect teams, fostering a culture of accountability, diversity and inclusion.
• Identify, communicate and mitigate operational risks related to new product introductions, technology transfers and process changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years senior leadership experience in electronics or contract manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management or a related technical discipline.
• Proven ability to lead both direct and indirect teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record in risk management, compliance (CSER, EHS) and process optimization.
• People‑centered leadership style with experience developing talent and building inclusive cultures.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
