Senior Manager, HR Shared Services

About the role

Netflix is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its HR Shared Services team in Manila. The role will shape and mature the Global Talent Operations Center’s shared‑services strategy, using data‑driven insights to partner with stakeholders and deliver innovative, people‑first solutions at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing HR Shared Services team across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding.
• Design and execute multi‑year roadmaps that improve service quality, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage data analytics to identify simplification opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strategic partnerships with Regional Service Delivery, Talent Operations, Payroll, Legal, HRBPs and other cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with cultural and legal nuances across diverse regions.
• Champion a "people over process" mindset while maintaining operational excellence.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Talent/HR, with significant time in shared‑services or large‑scale HR operations.
• Proven track record of leading complex, global HR services and delivering strategic initiatives.
• Strong empathy for end‑user personas and ability to design user‑centric services.
• Excellent communication, influencing and consensus‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop inclusive, high‑performing teams in fast‑paced environments.
