Senior Manager, Finance

About the role

Razer is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to lead its global finance operations. You will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring accurate reporting, strong governance, and compliance while driving performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Manage the general ledger, reconciliations and month‑end closing processes.
• Partner with business units to translate financial results into actionable insights and support strategic initiatives such as product launches and cost programs.
• Develop KPIs and performance dashboards aligned with business goals.
• Establish and maintain an internal control framework and oversee internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow, optimise working capital and maintain banking and financing relationships.
• Lead and develop the finance team, presenting insights to senior leadership and the board.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred.
• 10+ years of finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in financial reporting and business partnering.
• Experience working closely with non‑finance stakeholders.
