Senior Manager, Content Strategy & SEO (Hybrid)

About the role

This senior position leads the organic search performance and overall health of the company website. You will audit, optimise, and expand content to improve discoverability for both traditional search and AI‑driven queries.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and score existing content against SEO/AEO criteria, creating a prioritized backlog for optimisation, updates, or retirement.
• Identify content gaps using performance data and request new assets from Product Marketing and Creative teams.
• Structure new and existing content to maximise organic and AI‑driven discoverability.
• Manage the technical relationship with the external development team for website platform, technical SEO implementation, and analytics integration (GA4, Ads, Search Console).
• Build reporting and analysis pipelines from integrated performance data to continuously refine SEO decisions.
• Oversee website support and maintenance to ensure ongoing technical health.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or organic growth.
• Proven track record auditing and optimising content at scale against defined SEO/AEO metrics.
• Experience translating performance data into clear content briefs and gap‑filling requests.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, with regular collaboration with US‑based teams.
• Willingness to work hybrid hours that overlap with US business hours.
