Senior Loan Processor / Credit Analyst (Infynity & Quickli)

About the role

D2B is hiring a Senior Loan Processor / Credit Analyst for its Infynity and Quickli business lines. The role sits within a team and uses credit analysis, organisational, communication and relationship management skills, along with industry knowledge, to make every transaction seamless and deliver excellent customer service. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sydney time.

Key responsibilities

• Pre-lodgement review: check all loan applications for accuracy, completeness and lender policy compliance, assess deal structure, serviceability and documentation, and resolve issues early so there are fewer reworks, delays and declines.
• Pipeline management: own the post-lodgement pipeline from submission to settlement, chase lenders for updates, approvals and outstanding conditions, keep clients and brokers informed, escalate delays and keep deal status records up to date in the CRM.
• Process and quality: identify bottlenecks in the lodgement-to-settlement workflow, help develop and refine team SOPs and checklists, and support continuous improvement on deal quality and turnaround times.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to Australian Privacy Act obligations and credit licensee requirements.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in mortgage broking, loan processing or credit assessment.
• Strong knowledge of residential lending policy across major Australian lenders.
• Proven experience managing a loan pipeline independently from lodgement to settlement.
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Ability to read a credit file and spot structural or compliance issues.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally Infynity or similar mortgage broking tools.
