Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a strategic ally to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with the company’s objectives. This role drives talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and change initiatives to enable growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support business goals, including organizational design and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, assess, and onboard top talent while developing retention and succession plans.
• Lead performance management processes, coach managers on goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Drive organizational development and change management programs, including leadership development and culture transformation.
• Identify capability gaps, work with Learning & Development to create targeted programs, and support high‑potential employee growth.
• Partner with Total Rewards on compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and employee recognition initiatives.
• Ensure HR governance, maintain accurate records, and support internal and external audits.
• Monitor HR metrics, produce analytics reports, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR advisory role.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
