Senior Highway Engineer

About the role

Surbanajurong is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to lead the design and supervision of road and highway projects. The role involves applying both local (DPWH) and international (AASHTO) standards to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable transportation infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop geometric layouts, including horizontal and vertical alignments, lane widths, and sight distances.
• Utilize C3D and AutoCAD software to produce detailed road and highway designs.
• Conduct field work for data gathering and site verification of actual conditions.
• Prepare comprehensive highway design and inspection reports.
• Participate in client meetings as required.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience as a highway designer.
• Professional civil engineering license.
• Strong knowledge of DPWH local standards and AASHTO international standards.

Required skills

• C3D software proficiency.
• AutoCAD software proficiency.
