Senior Group Head – Business Operations (COO) – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a transformational operations leader to serve as the Business Operations Head (COO) for a fast‑growing multi‑brand Food & Beverage group in the Philippines. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you will drive enterprise‑wide operational excellence, commercial performance, and long‑term growth across a portfolio of premium restaurant brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end operations for multiple restaurant brands, ensuring service consistency, profitability, and execution excellence.
• Oversee operational governance while supporting aggressive expansion, new store openings, and large‑scale growth initiatives.
• Own enterprise‑wide business performance, driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and superior customer experience.
• Partner with the President & CEO to execute the long‑term strategic vision, improving scalability and operating models.
• Build and inspire a senior leadership team responsible for 1,000‑2,000 employees, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, supply chain, marketing, brand management, quality assurance, and business development to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in the Food & Beverage or restaurant industry.
• Proven success managing large multi‑unit restaurant operations or multiple business brands.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational transformation and scale businesses.
• Strong strategic thinking with experience influencing board‑level decisions.
