Senior Global Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Advantage HQ is seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Specialist to design and scale proactive talent pipelines that fuel the company’s rapid growth. This role focuses on talent intelligence, building relationships with high‑quality candidates before positions open, and ensuring recruiters have a steady flow of interview‑ready talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple business functions.
• Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, industry communities, referrals and social media.
• Build and maintain evergreen talent pools and bench pipelines for high‑volume and critical roles.
• Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and the Head of People & Culture to uncover hidden talent and continuously improve pipeline quality.
• Leverage market intelligence, employer branding and AI‑enabled tools to attract world‑class talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic talent sourcing or talent intelligence, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong ability to engage passive candidates and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to sourcing.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
