Senior Flutter Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Software Engineer to join the IAU team. You will be responsible for building secure, high‑performance front‑end applications that meet our brand standards and user expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to refine requirements and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Design and develop mobile and web features based on functional, technical and non‑functional specifications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve reported bugs and issues.
• Communicate progress, raise blockers and escalate when necessary.
• Continuously improve technical skills and stay up‑to‑date with platform best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering mobile applications with Flutter.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one native mobile SDK (Android or iOS).
• Familiarity with modern IDEs, tools and libraries for mobile and web development.
• Understanding of software design principles and patterns such as OOP, SOLID, MVC, MVVM.
• Experience integrating with APIs using HTTP/REST, event‑driven architectures or GraphQL.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
