Senior Cutover Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Cutover Coordinator will lead and manage cutover and migration activities for Bosch Service Solutions projects, ensuring a smooth transition of data and processes across multiple plants and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Align cutover scope with process experts, migration team and plant owners during the preparation phase.
• Plan and schedule cutover and communication processes, preparing tools such as FlowWright and Microsoft Project for status tracking.
• Execute and validate cutover tasks for each migration cycle, coordinating activities and conducting regular status calls.
• Track progress, produce regular reports and continuously improve the cutover plan.
• Review post‑execution results, identify improvements and drive automation initiatives.
• Lead and coach cutover coordinators, performing quality checks and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in cutover and migration management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA processes and data flow concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate requirements into detailed cutover tasks.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules as needed.
