Senior Consultant – Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards)

About the role

Mercer is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Career Products Team in Manila. Based in BGC, Taguig, this hybrid position requires at least three days a week on‑site and focuses on delivering total remuneration and benefits surveys while supporting a range of consulting projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage industry surveys, coordinate with regional survey teams, operations, and client solutions.
• Present survey results effectively and train clients on the WIN online survey tool.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high‑quality service and satisfaction.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and support revenue generation across Mercer’s workforce products.
• Assist senior consultants on consulting engagements such as compensation design, benefits benchmarking, incentive design, job evaluation, and competency frameworks.
• Contribute 5‑10% toward the Career revenue target.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in HR consulting, total rewards, compensation, or related fields.
• Proven track record in client‑facing consulting projects and business development.
• Ability to meet revenue targets and close new business opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to work independently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience handling survey or market data.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
