Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst

About the role

Join the Career Products Team at Mercer in Manila to drive growth of the Career business by managing and delivering Total Remuneration and Benefits Surveys. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the BGC, Taguig office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage industry surveys, collaborating with regional survey teams, operations, and client solutions.
• Present survey results effectively and train clients on the online survey tool (WIN).
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high‑quality service and satisfaction.
• Identify cross‑LOB opportunities, upsell Mercer workforce products, and support new business development.
• Support senior consultants on consulting projects such as compensation design, benefits benchmarking, incentive design, job evaluation, and competency framework design.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in HR consulting, total rewards, compensation, performance management, or related fields.
• Proven ability to deliver compensation or workforce strategy projects in a client‑facing environment.
• Experience with business development or sales and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work under tight timelines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience handling survey or market data.
