Senior Collections Specialist

About the role

We are a fintech company building inclusive financial services for millions of Filipinos. The Senior Collections Specialist will handle collections calls and emails, engage with clients to secure promises to pay, and ensure accurate documentation in the collections system.

Key responsibilities

• Perform collections callouts and emails using the bank’s collections workflow and system.
• Review client information before and during calls, answer questions, and resolve complaints.
• Communicate with clients to collect promises to pay (PTP) and document all transactions accurately.
• Update the database with new client details and ensure professional communication.
• Monitor and achieve monthly KPIs such as connected calls, PTPs, cash collected, and call quality.
• Escalate special cases to the Team Leader and prepare recommendations for endorsement to skip tracing, field visits, or legal actions.
• Recommend payment arrangements and account adjustments in line with the Risk Mitigation Program.

Required profile

• Excellent decision‑making, negotiating, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and onsite three days a week in Mandaluyong.
• Open to fresh graduates.
