Senior Collections & Dispute Management Analyst (French Bilingual)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Collections & Dispute Management Analyst who is fluent in French to join its Global Services Finance team in Taguig, Philippines. The role is part of the Invoice‑to‑Cash (I2C) process, supporting high‑risk, high‑value customer portfolios and ensuring timely cash collection and accurate dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end customer collections activities for assigned portfolios.
• Manage dispute cases, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reporting on collection performance, dispute trends, and cash flow impact.
• Collaborate with global finance partners to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.
• Several years of experience in collections, dispute management, or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle high‑value, high‑risk accounts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills
