Senior Business Analyst

About the role

Acquire BPO, the Philippine partner of RingCentral, is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst in Manila. The analyst works across departments to support business process redesign and optimize operations within the Sales organization, reporting to the Senior Manager – Sales Operations. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Create structured management reports and dashboards to monitor daily sales operations and periodic performance
• Develop periodic performance dashboards, reports and metrics, and provide analytics support for management planning
• Maintain existing reports and dashboards, gather feedback and improve data collection; pull ad hoc reports
• Drive project status reporting, issue identification and risk reports
• Present data, work with the Sales Operations team to improve reports and dashboards, and give data-driven insights on key operational concerns
• Facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations, including global offices
• Work with sales directors to improve analytical tools and achieve business objectives
• Analyze performance and operational trends, spot abnormalities in regular reports or data requests, and document SOPs and process improvements

Required profile

• More than 2 years of business process design, consulting or similar experience
• Experience in data gathering, data management, data presentation, stakeholder management and business analysis
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Willingness to work on night shifts and in a hybrid setup (10-11 days in the office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)

Required skills

• Solid proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau or Alteryx is a plus
• Interest in learning SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, Hadoop or similar technologies
