Senior Business Analyst

About the role

Acquire BPO, acting for its client RingCentral, is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst in Manila. The analyst works across departments to support business process redesign and optimize operations within the Sales organization, reporting to the Senior Manager – Sales Operations. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Create structured management reports and dashboards to monitor daily sales operations and periodic performance
• Develop performance dashboards, reports and metrics, and provide analytics support for management planning
• Maintain existing reports and dashboards, gather feedback and improve data collection
• Provide data-driven analytics, present findings and work with the Sales Operations team to improve reports
• Drive project milestones, report on project status, issues and risks, and work across multiple locations including global offices
• Work with sales directors to improve analytical tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analyze performance and operational trends, spot anomalies in reports or data requests, and document SOPs and process improvements

Required profile

• More than 2 years of business process design, consulting or similar experience
• Experience in data gathering, data management, data presentation, stakeholder management and business analysis
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Willingness to work on night shifts and a hybrid setup (10-11 days in the office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)

Required skills

• Solid proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau or Alteryx is a plus
• Interest in SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, Hadoop and similar technologies
