Senior BSG Coordinator

About the role

The Senior BSG Coordinator will lead the preparation of proposals and expressions of interest for infrastructure projects, ensuring high‑quality submissions and seamless coordination among teams.

Key responsibilities

• Delegate assignments, supervise coordinators, and ensure quality of output.
• Prepare and manage monthly market intelligence and win/loss ratio reports.
• Compile, edit, and proof‑read EOIs/Proposals, coordinating technical input and maintaining document standards.
• Develop and maintain templates, document repositories, photo libraries, and desktop‑publishing assets.
• Communicate progress to all stakeholders and ensure compliance with SMEC quality procedures.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience preparing proposals for infrastructure projects with international financial institutions.
• Strong written English communication skills and ability to meet tight tender deadlines.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive workload prioritisation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience with graphics or desktop‑publishing software (preferred).
