Senior Auditor (Internal Audit)

About the role

The Senior Auditor will support management in evaluating the effectiveness of Coca‑Cola’s internal control environment across global operations. Working as an individual contributor, you will lead and participate in audit engagements, applying risk‑based methodologies to deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and/or participate in multiple audit engagements, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.
• Develop risk assessments, audit programs, and testing procedures based on a solid understanding of business processes and control concepts.
• Review audit evidence, draw conclusions, and communicate findings to management with practical recommendations.
• Prepare accurate, complete, and well‑documented working papers in line with departmental and professional standards.
• Conduct reviews of working papers, address review points, and provide progress updates to team leads and audit management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience in a public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred) or a corporate internal audit department.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, inclusive team while meeting individual performance objectives.
